MOOV | Soap Catharsis Wall
5. září 2010 | MOOV
Architecture constitutes the materiality of the city. Time makes his way into it, leaving successive marks carved in its materiality. In Ciasna Street we can find the evidence of time on the missing bricks on the walls that surround the street. Material scares that tell us an invisible story of conflict and abandonment.
Soap Catharsis Wall crosses this material and public dimension with the most intimate scares of the human being by reconstruct the gaps of Ciasna Street walls with soap bricks that contain sins, confessions and wails collected on the internet. The street will be transformed on an open shared confessionary and wail space where the verticality of the place, the light, the smell and the messages come together to create an impressive spiritual and gathering experience.
